The Dispute Resolution Section's membership is open to both attorneys and nonlawyer mediators. This section acts as a resource for developing and implementing dispute resolution processes in and related to courts as well as in the context of business transactional matters. The section, with more than 460 members, sponsors CLE programs and services; provides members with a substantive newsletter; and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the N.C. General Assembly.
