ADR in Estate Planning Disputes
Abstract: Disputes in estate litigation can be particularly bitter and protracted. Often the litigation involves family members and long-standing rivalries and resentments that present timely distribution of an estate's assets or severely hampers its regular administration. Making Money Talk: How to Mediate Insured Claims and Other Monetary Disputes- J. Anderson Little
